Outgoing Transfers

  • Why am I not able to trade or transfer funds after I've initiated an outgoing transfer request?

    After you initiate a transfer-out request, your Tradesk account will be frozen immediately from trading, depositing, or withdrawing as these transactions may disrupt the transfer process.

    For a partial transfer out, your account will be unrestricted once the transfer is completed.

    For a full transfer out, your Tradesk account will be automatically closed after the ACAT transfer is completed if a closure was requested at the receiving firm. Any new funds or shares in your Tradesk account will be swept to the other brokerage account.

  • How to cancel an account transfer

    Outgoing Transfers:
    If you need to cancel an outgoing transfer, you will need to contact the receiving brokerage firm and request for them to cancel the transfer. Once an outgoing transfer from Tradesk has been initiated, our team no longer is able to make any changes.

    Incoming Transfers:
    If you need to cancel an incoming transfer, please contact our team at support@tradesk.co and we can look into this for you. However, please be advised that depending on what stage the transfer is in, we may no longer be able to cancel the transfer if it is already in process.

    If we are unable to cancel the transfer on our end, you will need to contact the delivering brokerage firm for assistance.
