Outgoing Transfers:
If you need to cancel an outgoing transfer, you will need to contact the receiving brokerage firm and request for them to cancel the transfer. Once an outgoing transfer from Tradesk has been initiated, our team no longer is able to make any changes.
Incoming Transfers:
If you need to cancel an incoming transfer, please contact our team at support@tradesk.co and we can look into this for you. However, please be advised that depending on what stage the transfer is in, we may no longer be able to cancel the transfer if it is already in process.
If we are unable to cancel the transfer on our end, you will need to contact the delivering brokerage firm for assistance.
